In 2017, he opened his private practice in Ħaż-Żebbuġ, Malta. Dr Bennetti currently provides legal and business consultancy and advisory services to numerous clients operating in various industries and acts as director, company secretary, MLRO, and compliance officer for a number of entities, most of which are licensed by the MFSA.

During his career, Dr Bennetti achieved several professional qualifications in his area of specialisation, including a certificate in Trusts Law and Management and a certificate issued with respect to the Virtual Financial Assets Act by the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners in Malta.

Dr Bennetti is a certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist by the Association of Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialists and has completed numerous courses on topics such as risk management, securities law, compliance, company law, investment services, and collective investment schemes.

Dr Bennetti is a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and the Malta Institute of Management and is registered as an Authorised Registered Mandatory with the Inland Revenue Department of Malta.

Clint is internationally-minded and has worked with colleagues and clients of various nationalities, spanning from Europe to Asia and the Americas.

Clint is married and has three young children. Away from his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching a good film or reading a book. He is very passionate about cars and loves going on long drives to relax and refresh the mind.
