Compliance services for financial entities

What are the functions of a Compliance Officer?
The main duty of the Compliance Officer is to detect and report any risk that the licence holder may not be complying fully with their legal obligations. This is achieved by:
- Monitoring and assessing whether the procedures implemented by the licence holder to ensure it follows its obligations are adequate and effective, and take action to address any failures;
- Advising and assisting on matters relating to financial services and similar activities to ascertain they are carried out in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
